PARK-IT “GOALS FOR GOOD”

 CONTEST RULES

  1. No purchase or obligation necessary to enter or win. Non-purchase entries and purchase entries have an equal chance of winning.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Park-It “Goals for Good” Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in their place of residence, whichever is older) as of April 1, 2026. Employees of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”), or Park-It and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse or partner, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses or partners, regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and any other communication regarding the Contest, these Rules shall govern and control.
  3. CONTEST TIMING AND DESCRIPTION: The Contest begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 27, 2026, and ends at 10:00:00 ET on May 27, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).  There will be two (2) winners, who will be selected by a panel of judges who will review essays (the “Essays”) submitted by either a parent or a coach (the “Participants”) describing one of the following: A) How soccer has made a positive impact on your life or in the life of someone you know; or B) How your enjoyment of soccer has been connected with “doing good.”  Each of the winners will receive two (2) tickets either to (i) the FIFA World Cup 2026™ match between France and Senegal which will be played on June 16, 2026, or (ii) the FIFA World Cup 2026™ match  between Norway and Senegal which will be played on June 22, 2026.  Both of these matches will be played at Met Life Stadium (NY/NJ) and will include access to a hospitality tent and recognition in Park-It marketing materials and/or events.  Winners will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the matches.
  4. TO ENTER: Participants should submit their Essays, which should not exceed 400 words, along with any short supporting photographs or videos, to parkitny.com/goalsforgood/ no later than the end of the Promotion Period.  
  5. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS/NOTIFICATION: Winning Participants will be selected on or about June 10th from among all eligible Participants and Essays. The judges will determine winners based on their view of the originality, style, and emotional impact of the Essays.  The decisions of the judges are final and binding.  Note that AI tools will not be permitted in drafting the Essays.  Winning Participants will be notified by telephone and/or email to the phone number and/or email address associated with their Essay.  All Winning Participants, in order to claim the tickets, will be required to sign a Liability Waiver and a publicity release (collectively, the “Waiver and Release”), and submit the Waiver and Release via Docusign within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Winning Participants who: (i) are not eligible under these Rules; or (ii) do not sign the Waiver and Release; or (iii) cannot be contacted (through no fault of Park-It) within (48) hours will be disqualified and, at Park-It’s discretion, and their prize may be awarded to a potential alternate winner, time permitting.  In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Rules be awarded. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and Park-It will have no further obligation with respect to that prize.
  6. PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): The prize is two (2) tickets either to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ match between France and Senegal which will be played on June 16, 2026, or the FIFA World Cup 2026™ match between Norway and Senegal which will be played on June 22, 2026, along with access to a hospitality tent and recognition in Park-It marketing materials and/or events.  The ARV for either of the prizes is estimated to be $2,600.  If a winner and his/her guest are unable to attend the game for which the prize was awarded, the prize will be forfeited and may, at Park-It’s discretion, be awarded to someone else.  Winning Participants may be required to claim their tickets in person at Park-It’s offices in New York.  Failure to claim the tickets as required by Park-It and in accordance with these Rules will result in forfeiture of the tickets.  Each Winning Participant and his/her guest must comply with all venue, stadium, and match rules and regulations, including any public health restrictions.  Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of prize.  Tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ must be accepted as awarded and are subject to all applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such tickets. Such terms and conditions are contained in the applicable ticket Terms of Use and the Stadium Code of Conduct (which can be reviewed at https://www.fifa.com/en/tournaments/mens/worldcup/canadamexicousa2026/articles/legal-documents). By accepting tickets as a prize and/or as part of a promotion, the Winning Participant is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions.  Any and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated within these Rules as being provided, are the sole responsibility of each Winning Participant and his/her guest including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes.  Unused FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or applied toward tickets for any subsequent event or for cash. The resale of FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets is strictly prohibited.
  7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of Park-It and the judges, which are final and binding. By accepting a prize, each Winning Participant and his/her guest consents and agrees that information collected in connection with the Contest may be used by Park-It and any other third parties deemed necessary for the administration of the Contest, and to the use of the Winning Participant’s Essay, name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by Park-It, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, including but not limited to, any online announcements, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Participants and their guests (as applicable) release and hold harmless Park-It and its officers, owners, agents, representatives, employees, successors, assigns and affiliates (“Releasees”) from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Contest or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize (including any match/scheduled activity related thereto). This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Participants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Contest.
  8. GENERAL: Park-It will collect information from Participants solely for the purpose of the Contest and to notify winners. Park-It will not share this information with any third party (except as necessary for the administration of the Contest), nor attempt to contact Participant, unless Participant has agreed to receive further information on Park-It’s products and promotions. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, undelivered, damaged, delayed, garbled, postage-due, or stolen mail, entries, transactions, emails, or other communications of any kind; for transactions that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly; or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether typographical, printing, mechanical, human, electronic, or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, any error or problem that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest-related materials. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.  Park-It reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Contest at any time without notice and for any reason.  Park-It’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.  Park-It reserves the right to disqualify Participants who violate these Rules or interfere with this Contest in any manner.
  9. TAXES: The value of each prize will be taxable to Winning Participants as income. Park-It will issue each winner an IRS FORM 1099-MISC for the value of the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of a prize not specifically provided for in these Rules are solely the responsibility of each individual winner. Winning Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.
  10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues/questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant in connection with the Contest, shall be addressed with Park-It Management and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction). Jurisdiction and venue of any dispute shall be solely and exclusively within the State of New York.
  11. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Park-It is prevented from awarding the prizes or continuing with this Contest as contemplated herein, due to any event beyond Park-It’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, lockout, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state/provincial, or local government law, order, regulation, or protocol, public health crisis (e.g., Coronavirus), order of any court or jurisdiction, event cancellation, scheduling conflict, inclement weather, or other cause not reasonably within Park-It’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Park-It shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Contest. If any portion of a prize or any match/scheduled activity is unable to take place as planned for any reason, including due to a Force Majeure event, the remaining components of the prize will be awarded and Park-It’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation or substitution will be provided.
  12. ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Contest, Participants agree that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and held at the AAA regional office in New York, New York; (ii) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Contest), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
